Finance Officer (Mid-Level)

The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis activities of the company.
The role involves preparing financial statements in accordance with NFRS, ensuring accuracy in accounting, conducting branch-wise reconciliations, developing financial models, and managing overall cash flow and funding operations. The ideal candidate should be experienced with ERP systems, particularly Odoo, and possess strong analytical and financial planning skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and prepare financial statements in compliance with NFRS and generate other MIS reports as required.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reporting for management and stakeholders.
- Utilize and manage ERP software (Odoo) for financial and accounting operations.
- Develop financial plans and forecasts and perform detailed financial analysis.
- Supervise and ensure branch-wise accounting, including daily inter-company reconciliations.
- Prepare budgeted cash flow statements and financial projections.
- Develop and maintain financial models for performance analysis and business decision-making.
- Manage cash flow and funding requirements for the company.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support management in strategic financial planning and cost optimization initiatives.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Preferred: Semi-qualified CA or ACCA
- CA: CAP II of ICAN or intermediate of ICAI pass
- ACCA: Must have completed Skilled level and must have completed internship.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Odoo, is essential.
- Must be skilled and proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
